William Perbellini was born and raised in North-Eastern Italy where he attended the Angelo Berti culinary school in Verona. His passion grew for hospitality and mixology when working at Hotel Cipriani and has now blossomed into a dynamic career. He has managed openings of several hot-spots in Los Angeles including Bar Toscana Brentwood and Nerano Beverly Hills, served as Property Mixologist at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Property Mixologist at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, Director of Bars at Rosewood Miramar, and now finds his home in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley where he serves as Director of Bars for Toscana Group.
William's inspiration comes from growing up on a farm in the countryside of Italy. The seasonal fruit that his family cultivated naturally refined William's senses making him acutely aware of smell, taste, flavor combination and balance.
His talents have lead to many successes including: USBG Advanced Bartender, Winner of the 2016 Montenegro Cocktail of the Year, 3rd place winner of the Bombay Sapphire MIB, SGWS mixology academy Best Student award in Las Vegas, and several other wine and spirits certifications.
William developed The Italian Mixologist brand in 2020 which was sparked by his passion for teaching others how to enjoy the art of the cocktail in their own home.
